Alisa Gvozdeva in Austrian Art Residencies

Merman Gallery artist Alisa Gvozdeva has been selected for the On Tour residency, a program that highlights Austrian theorists, visual, and media artists working abroad, as well as international artists temporarily based in Austria. Supported by the Austrian federal government and various institutions, the residency provides a platform for artistic exchange and development.

During her time in the residency, Gvozdeva dedicated herself to the creation of a new series, exploring fresh directions in her practice. Engaging with the local environment and artistic community, she deepened her research and expanded her visual language. This residency marks an important milestone in her career, offering space for experimentation and growth.
