Anouk Levesque

Anouk Levesque (b. 2001, Cormeilles-en-Parisis, France) is an artist whose practice centers on drawing and archival processes. Currently studying at Beaux-Arts de Paris in the studio of Marie José Burki, she gathers and preserves images collected over time and through travel, reworking them into drawings and sculptures.

Working with graphite, carefully prepared grounds, and translucent materials such as natural PLA and wax, she explores stratification, fracture, and density, and the ways matter can hold memory. Good-luck charms, superstitions, and mythologies, both personal and collective, play an essential role in her work.
